Cancellation Policy

Should you not show up for your reservation or cancel your reservation without the required 7 days notice, this deposit will be non-refundable.

Your deposit will be forfeited if:

1. You do not show up for your reservation within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time.
2. You cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your reservation.

Reservation date changes are permissible one time with at least 8 days notice.

IF YOU HAVE PUT DOWN A $10 DEPOSIT FOR EACH PLAYER YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:

1. Once you arrive at the park on the day of your reservation you may apply any and all deposits to any field purchases.
   OR
2. You may have the entire deposit refunded back to your card should you comply with all above stated rules and stipulations.

Refund Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and are redeemable in person at Synergy Woods Paintball Park. They are not redeemable online and cannot be applied to parties booked online.

Season Passes are valid for one year from issue date. Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
